Two hit men William and Travis, are hired by the godfather of a vampire gang, Mendoza, who is in the middle of a vampire gang war, to kill rival vampires during the day when all vampires must sleep.

Throw in a renegade ex Russian army major, Victor Bodescu, who is planning to sell plutonium on the black market to right-wing fanatics and a none too bright human mafia boss, Sal Valenti, who orders our two anti heroes to tag and then double cross Victor Bodescu, who may or may not be connected to Mendoza, and the scene is set to see if William and Travis can overcome their lawless ways and save the world from vampire domination.
