She raised me the best she could, but there was always something missing. She’s not family. Just an incubator. And me? If you believe the bitches at school, I’m a freak of nature. A teenage Frankenstein. It hurts. I just want to be normal. Fuck, I am normal. I have a mum and dad out there somewhere. And I’ll find them. Whatever it takes. And when I do, I’ll work my way into their lives, bit by bit. Let them get comfortable with me, so that when I tell them who I am, they welcome me into their family. And if they don’t?
